  • Monetized content : Clients can monetize the art piece, can use as an asset on social media, to boost post, in streaming platforms

  • Commercial Merchandising : Clients get the right over the commission for digital/physical reproduction

OK > simply crop, resize the commissioned work
❌ > claim the drawing as theirs, copy, trace or sell
❌ > use it for AI training or use it as any form of NFT
❌ > exceed the coverage of the license

  • The artist can post WIP on social media, or stream the drawing process
    (the client ask to not post / not stream;)

  • The artist use the work as own portfolio, for example, making composition breakdown / commentary tutorial

  • The artist holds the intellectual property except for Commercial Mechandising license
